Strength and Conditioning Program for Athletes
This class focuses on developing strength, speed, vertical jump, and agility for high school athletes.
Schedule:
• 4 days per week
• 15-minute warm-up
• 30-minute strength & conditioning session
Warm-Up (15 minutes):
• Dynamic stretching
• Mobility work
• Agilities
• Core activation
Strength & Conditioning (30 minutes):
• 3 core lifts
• 3 auxiliary lifts
• Organized into 10-minute stations
• Athletes complete 2 lifts per station before rotating
We emphasize including one speed movement and one vertical movement each day.
Facility Setup:
• 18 total racks
• 6 racks per station
