More advanced filtering options under Manage Users for organization

I would like to be able to filter users using multiple criteria to make organization easier. For example, I want to be able to select all users in Boys Wrestling and Class of 2027 but NOT in S&C Class, etc. Also be able to sort & select by last activity to be able to delete users who aren't involved anymore. Simple check boxes of all groups and calendars for both IN and NOT IN would work great.
