Firefighter preparedness/wellness
I am looking for a program for my fire department that would be inclusive to all aspects of the job, especially these main components: - Prehab/inj. prevention like shoulder girdle stability, hip mobility and lumbar protection. - Some interval training to mimic higher intensity fireground operations. - Some cardio/zone 2 work for increased work sustainability- Some strength building/hypertrophic training to increase work capacity. many templates I've seen are heavy into one of these topics, but a daily workout with incorporated aspects to multiple of these points would be ideal. It would also be nice to have a 7 day/week program since the firehouses are staffed 24/7. Thank you!
