Improved client dashboard that gives athletes a clearer view of their progress and performance, not just their calendar. AMS-style dashboard view with the ability to seamlessly switch between:
Individual athlete view
Team/group overview
Key additions:Progress tracking (strength trends, bodyweight, conditioning metrics)
Weekly overview (sessions completed vs planned, upcoming workouts)
Goal tracking (e.g. strength targets, performance milestones)
Testing/benchmark results with comparisons over time
Optional readiness tracking (sleep, fatigue, soreness)
Coach notes or weekly focus section
