Advanced Reps / Training Techniques Section

As a coach, I regularly program advanced techniques such as drop sets, rest-pause, 1¼ reps, cluster sets, tempo overrides, and mechanical drop sets. Right now these have to be written manually in the notes, which: Creates inconsistency across programs Is easy for athletes to miss (especially on mobile) Makes it hard to standardize and scale programming systems Request: Add a dedicated “Advanced Reps / Techniques” section within each exercise, similar to tempo or RPE. Ideally: Select common techniques from a list (or create custom ones) Optional parameters (drop %, rest time, partial range, etc.) Clear visual cue for the athlete Reusable across templates This would greatly improve clarity, execution, and allow coaches to systemize higher-level training methods without relying on long notes.
